Based in Cardiff, Wales, BOD was founded by Carrie Barford and Emma Owen Davies. Carrie and Emma worked closely together at PwC and developed a shared passion for helping Welsh privately owned businesses. With strong values and ethics, Carrie and Emma set about building a likeminded team. With people’s wellbeing at the top of the agenda, Carrie and Emma have instilled a culture of truly flexible working.
